The Ministry of Commerce and five other departments have issued a notice on matters related to the export of used cars
Used car export enterprise applying to carry out used car export business must meet the following conditions:
Production enterprise:
1 Registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and possessing independent legal personality;
2. Enterprises are listed in the Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Production Enterprises and Products issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology;
3. Export the products produced by our company;
4. The enterprise operates legally and in accordance with regulations, complies with laws and regulations on safety production, environmental protection, taxation, customs, and foreign exchange management, and has no illegal or irregular behavior that has not been rectified, and no serious breach of trust.
Circulation enterprises:
1 Registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and possessing independent legal personality;
2. Have a fixed operating office space and a sued car display and sales venue, and have experience in car sales or trade;
3. Possess the ability to identify and evaluate used cars, and hire at least 3 professional appraisal and evaluation personnel;
4. The enterprise operates legally and in accordance with regulations, complies with laws and regulations on safety production, environmental protection, taxation, customs, and foreign exchange management, and has no illegal or irregular behavior that has not been rectified, and no serious breach of trust.
